Portland Pioneer Properties LLC was founded in 2005. We specialize in full-service residential property management covering the entire Portland Metro Area.

Portland Pioneer Properties LLC co-owner, Tom Shepherd, holds a Property Manager license with the State of Oregon Real Estate Agency (License #200908012). He has been in and working with the real estate industry since 1990. Tom has also been a landlord since 1995.

Co-owner April Thomas provides knowledgeable and professional property management bookkeeping and accounting. She has an excellent rapport with both owners and tenants. Her career began with bookkeeping in the construction and landscaping industry.
